Our approach

We are primarily an advocacy, activism, and research-based organization. Since 2013, we have conducted extensive and effective research on:
• Accommodation and housing for people with disabilities
• Safety and security
• Education access and quality
• Health and menstrual hygiene
• Employment and income generation
• Accessible and friendly environments
• Cultural development and soft skills
• Disaster management and humanitarian responses
• COVID-19 impacts on people with disabilities
Our research informs our programs and advocacy, ensuring we address real needs with effective solutions.

"In Bangladesh, 15% of the total population has disabilities. We work to break down barriers through training, employment support, artistic platforms, and research that informs policy."
